Practice Analysis
The CMBS Comprehensive Practice Analysis will provide a physician group, practice management group, or billing organization critical information relevant to all phases of their Emergency Medicine business.
Specific areas of emphasis will be coding accuracy, billing procedures, physician documentation, managed care contract analysis, physician productivity, and financial analysis.
The objective of the Comprehensive Practice Analysis is for the client to achieve compliance with the OIG Third Party Billing compliance Guidelines while maximizing their Emergency Medicine business.
Audit The comprehensive Practice Analysis can be performed on-site or in the CMBS office.
The final draft with recommendations will be reviewed with your Corporate Officers or Medical Directors at you convenience.
