Client Relations & Client support Staff Teams As a client representative, you will work directly with CBMS staff, CMBS senior management, our clients and their staff to manage the daily operations of your assigned client accounts. This dynamic position requires a Type A personality with a college degree. This position also requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with and analyze trend financial data. Accounts Receivables Team Our A/R team is responsible for posting payments and denials received by patients, insurance companies and other third party payers. This position requires knowledge of Explanation of Benefits, attention to detail, exceptional 10 key skills, ability to follow directions, and willingness to be a good team player. Refunds Team The Refunds team is responsible for the processing of overage amounts to insurance companies, patients or other entities. This position requires an understanding of accounting, excellent research and analytical skills and excellent 10 key skills. Collections Team The Collections team is responsible for the maintenance, research and review of all patient accounts turned to outside agency for collection purposes. These positions require excellent communication, research and analytical skills. Batching Team This team is responsible for presorting of all incoming mail, assignment, tracking, and reconciliation of accounts receivables batches received. This position requires 10 key by touch, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of payments and denials. Correspondence Team Our Correspondence team is responsible for processing daily incoming mail, responding to requests for additional information needed to process patient claims, and filling appeals for denials received from insurance companies. This position requires some knowledge of medical billing procedures and computer experience. Customer Service Team The Customer Service team receives all inbound calls in a call center setting from patients, attorneys, representatives from insurance companies and other third party payers. This position requires excellent communication skills, customer relations, excellent phone etiquette, problem solving, analytical skills, and patience. Data Entry Team This team provides the data entry of all patient demographic and charge related data. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing abilities with a high accuracy rate, 10 key by touch, computer experience, and the ability to function in a fast paced environment. Electronic File Transfer Team The Electronic file transfer team is responsible for receiving, tracking, verifying, forwarding, copying, and storing of electronic records and files. These team members need a solid knowledge of computers and networks with the ability to operate equipment such as scanners and CD/DVD burners. These positions require excellent organizational and analytical skills, typing skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Medical Records Team The Medical Records team is responsible for the maintenance of paper and electronic medical records, EOB's and Correspondence research and review purposes. These positions require excellent organizational and analytical skills, computer skills, typing skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. This position has some physical demands. The ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds is requested.
