| Chart audits can be performed at your practice location or by providing (electronicly or mailing) the requested data to CMBS. Since chart audit information is hightly confidential, we will forward executed confidentiality agreements to your attention.
Furthermore, CMBS guarantees completion of all chart audits within five business days of the receipt of all requested chart audit information. |

To effectively audit your situation, we will need the following information:
- Fourteen days of emergency department patient records.
- Seven consecutive days should be from a peak volume month.
- Seven consecutive days should be from a lower volume month.
- Patient records should include:
- complete patient demographic information
- nurse's notes
